Limited Life Time Warranty of Hongwei America covers any manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials.
Should your tool need servicing, please contact G Trading Store  or send it to Hongwei America, complete with proof of purchase.

Hongwei America will examine your product and we will repair or replace your product at no cost to you. Just provide shipping and handling and a return address. That’s it!.

This warranty is limited to the coverage as outlined above. The warranty to repair or replace is void should the product be found to be misused, abused, used for unintended purposes, lost or stolen or other conditions that Hongwei may determine to not be of a manufacture defect or poor workmanship nature or occurence.

• If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item,  please contact us requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) and return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.  We will issue the return label.  
• If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you can request a RMA # and return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Please Note: In this case, Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs.

• In order to obtain service or refund on your order, a RMA # must be obtained from G Trading Store . YOU MUST provide the original invoice number, shipping date, description of complete item(s) being returned and reason for return. G Trading Store must receive the return item(s) within 14 days of RMA issue date for full return consideration . 

• If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.

  If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, we might provide a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value.

• Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to process after being received.
